Well, I've been super busy working lately - I've been working about double the hours just to make the same amount of money I used - so my days off are only every couple of weeks and I haven't had a lot of free time. I've been trying to accomplish some things on my list, but I've only succeeded at starting things or just slowly progressing.
For example, I managed to do about 3 weeks worth of my Couch to 5K program in the last couple months (#20), and I managed to watch all three of the Godfather movies (#83). We also went to Walburg in attempt to accomplish #43, but Dale's Essenhaus (which has the famous burgers) was closed that day. Instead, we ate at the Walburg Restaurant which has a very interesting German buffet. I can safely say I'm not a huge fan of german food, but I'll eat a brautwurst any day. Other than that, my free time has been spent working on my garden, as you can see from the pictures, and slowly planning the wedding one tiny detail at a time.
The first picture is of most of the garden from the back - it's completely disorganized and overgrown, but I'm still learning. The next picture shows our green leaf lettuce, green onions, oregano & some zinnias that just decided to grow in the middle of everything.
The last picture is of the zucchini and cucumber plants. I've since managed to get those into cages so they're more structured now. The only thing we've harvested is basil, oregano, chives, lettuce, spinach & mint (I think). So far, we have no actual vegetables, but I'm hoping to get some in the next few weeks.
We're leaving for an Alaskan cruise this week, so hopefully I'll be able to cross a couple of things of my list, and if not, I'll at least have some awesome pictures to post.
